Congratulations to Ikhasas Sdn Bhd, which has officially entered into a joint venture agreement with ISY Holdings Sdn Bhd, to redevelop and rebrand the former Concorde Inn KLIA hotel.

The signing was officiated by Ikhasas Group Chief Executive, Ir. Tan Chee Kian and the Chairman of ISY Holdings Sdn Bhd, Tan Sri Dato’ Syed Yusof Tun Syed Nasir at the Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur on 16 April 2019.

The new 450-room hotel, strategically located on a 25-acre plot of land near the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, is scheduled for operations in the second half of 2020.

This new venture represents another opportunity for Ikhasas to scale up the hospitality business, and is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s financial performance in the future.
