Strategically located across the sub-districts of Kuala Betis, Pos Blau, Sungai Aring and Sungai Nenggiri, the estates are supported by sustainable agricultural practices and efficient estate management.

In line with iKHASAS Group's strategy to strengthen and expand its plantation division, the Group acquired approximately 12,600 acres of mature oil palm plantation land together with a palm oil mill in Gua Musang, Kelantan through its subsidiaries, Liquid Palm Grower Sdn. Bhd. and Liquid Palm Miller Sdn. Bhd.

Today, the Group's plantation land bank has expanded to approximately 13,000 acres, supported by a combined milling capacity of 120 tonnes per hour (TPH). This integrated platform enables the Group to achieve greater economies of scale, enhance operational efficiencies and support sustainable long-term growth.

Located in Kuala Betis, Gua Musang, Liquid Palm Miller Sdn. Bhd. operates a modern palm oil mill equipped with one of the latest continuous steriliser systems and a processing capacity of 90 TPH. The facility is designed to maximise efficiency while ensuring the consistent production of high-quality crude palm oil in accordance with industry standards.
